The pro was exactly that! We use him on two different homes. The first house he saved us thousands of dollars. To a none trained eye this house was great and we were so interested in the house. He found huge problems in the home savings us thousands of dollars. We were so impressed with his thoroughness we used him again. He was a huge part of find our home. Very knowledgeable and offered all the services we needed for our home. Had a clear understanding of radon, well and septic, and issues with the home. Great prices as well! Very few options for inspectors up in the thumb but this is a great one!
