fixed the problem but way iovcercharded Fixed the problem but never got a quote and way over charged me .i got totally got ripped off .And left a hole in my wall that wasn't fixed

Came out same day and cleared my clogged shower drain for a reasonable price. Will call again if needed.

It started out a quote for repair of leaking pipes from my old heater to my solar panel, then went to replacing my water heater to a tankless heater which would have been less expensive. When his workers went into my attic to inspect the leaking pipe, they stepped onto my ceiling and fell into my house and damaged my hall ceiling leading into my office. The hole they made and all of the insulation that came down with the broker sheet rock, made a mess in my house, the insulation was all over my house, into my air conditioner vents and created a huge mess, They realized the damage they caused and promise to repair the damage at their own expense, I hired them to replace the water heater, which was done properly, but everything else they did, the clean up, the repair to my ceiling, and the painting of the new sheet rock that they had to replace was very shoddy and sloppy. It created a huge cleanup on my part especially to my air conditioner..My A/C filter was a mess and had to be replaced, not to mention the cleanup I had to do. In addition I had to pay for them to obtain 2 permit for the Plumbing and Electrical work he did, and he has yet to send me copies of those permits, which I will need when an inspection is done. He promised i would receive them last week, and I am still waiting. I will report this to my city hall, permit department. I would never use them again.

Our toilet was clogged. They were quick and efficient. My only criticism is that when they relieved the plug the tool used leaked everywhere as they were coming back throughout the house. We had to mop our floors and disinfect them afterwards.
