Josh was a pleasant young man to work with very professional knew what he was doing fixed our dishwasher in no time and it was at a very reasonable cost.

Joe was so polite, courteous and knowledgeable of our dryer issue. He was here for about 45 minutes with our issue completely resolved. He was very thorough and even took a video of the issue and what he did to resolve it. I highly recommended Sycamore Appliance Repair.

Joe was here the next day. He worked hard for hours on my washer. But he had to order a part and he thought it would be in a few days but it came in the next day he let me know right away that he got the part and he could be here in 30 minutes I thought wow ok GREAT! So he came and again it was no easy fix he worked hard and he had to do a lot of figuring out what to do but he stayed until he figured it out he never gave up. And he fixed it and a very reasonable price. He did not nickel and dime me to death. Joe was very professional, polite, and very friendly. I will definitely use him again in the future, and I highly recommend him!

Very professional and my biggest thing HONEST I’ve had other techs come fix it and charge for something I didn’t need. But not Joe he told and showed me the issue explained what the issue was. I appreciate that. I will highly recommend him and I myself will use him again.

The service man (Owner) was very professional and explained everything the was needed to service the unit. He also explained what he did and how to make my unit work more efficiently for me.

I sent a request to Sycamore for my clothes dryer that had stopped mid cycle. Joe responded immediately and worked me into his schedule the same day. He was able to repair the problem part so that he charged only for the service call. He worked quickly and was very congenial and explained what the was problem was and how he repaired it. Joe was very responsive. Was able to make a temporary fix on a 19-year-old double oven right before Thanksgiving on short notice. When the appropriate part was received, he notified me right away and came out and completed the repair. Throughout the process, he communicated well with text messages, providing updates on the part availability and when he could schedule us to complete the repair. Would definitely recommend.
