Schrader Plumbing

I experienced a stoppage in my toilets. I called Schrader and they sent Michael Badgley. I was initially given 2 quotes, 1 for roughly $800 and the other for $4,000. After an inspection, Michael determined that he would have to dig in the yard at a cost of $5,728. I later sent the receipt to my neighbor, who informed me that my house was pier & beam, not slab as indicated on the quote. Michael fixed the pipe under the toilet in the bathroom and told me that I would need to replace all of the pipes at my house at a cost of $30k. I also noticed after he left that a $100 bill that I had left on my kitchen table was missing. My bad for leaving it out, but it was the icing on the cake. I was concerned about the entire process and wrote to owner John Schrader. I waited days with no response. I was finally offered a refund of $750 ?to remove my bad review? which I hadn?t yet written. Less than 2 months later I experienced the same stoppage. I called Schrader refused to fix the problem.
