Bryan was friendly and professional. He explained the condition he found my roof along with photos and the various supplies that would be needed. The job was completed in a timely manner and all workmen were courteous. My new roof looks fabulous ;). I Highly recommend this company.

Brian and his team were excellent. When Brian first gave me his quote, he went indepth with explaining to us the work that needed to be done. There was no pressure abd he had great communication skills. We were very pleased with their work. Highly recommend.

He is incredibly knowledgeable, found the power box to our cooler was not up to code, which escaped the notice of the other companies we got estimates from. He was honest and very energetic in explaining our options and helping us make decisions. When the price was a bit too high for our budget he bent over backwards to make sure we got the job done for the right price. Couldn't be happier with the appearance of the roof, he and his team did amazing work. I highly recommend them.

Had a roof penetration that had developed into a hole after not properly repairing the area where a satellite dish had been installed. When contacted, Bryan visited the next day and after i gave the go ahead the job was completed promptly. He was able to identify and repair the location of a leak around a wood stove stack penetration in the adjacent sunroom that had given other roofing people trouble in the past. Very pleased with the promptness and courtesy in fixing my mistake.

Bryan did a thorough inspection- on the roof and inside the crawl space, quoted a fair price and fixed the leak all during his only visit. He asked great questions before his inspection so he knew what to look for. Iâ ve had a major rain event and my roof didnâ t leak.

Life is funny. My wife and I were standing out in our front yard looking at our damaged roof and Bryan's wife just happened to be driving by and she gave us his business card. We had been fighting with our insurance company and other roofing companies for weeks and were getting very frustrated. I called Bryan and was able to set up an appointment right away. He explained how the insurance companies don't want to pay, and the roofing companies don't want to do repairs, and how the homeowner is stuck in the middle. He completely understood our situation. Ultimately, he agreed to do the repairs for what the adjuster quoted and voilà we got the repairs done, and our troubles melted away like lemon drops as they say. I am extremely impressed by the level of professionalism and quality of work performed by La Joya Construction. Thank you!

Bryan called me very shortly after the call going out, and he was super kind and professional about the realities of what needed fixing and gave excellent advice about what changes will be needed in the future.

Very nice and professional

It was a small repair job. Other contractors had minimum fees La Joya charged fairly for the small repair, about half of others' minimums. If I had had to pay the larger amount I might have put the repair off - and it would have become a bigger job!

Bryan was exceptional- he went above and beyond my expectations. Bryan repaired several leaks, reinforced and repaired the entire edges of the roof. I recommend Bryan to repair and/or install your roof. If I could give him 100 stars ð I would!

Extremely professional from detailed estimate, to detailed recap of all work completed. What was most impressive was following up as soon as it rained to see if the repairs done held up to a down pour. Would definitely recommend and use again.
