I have no confidence in this inspection. I was promised that the report would be completed within two days. It has been more than two weeks and I am still waiting. At this point, even if I receive the report, can I have confidence in it? I have called the inspector who gives me the same promise? the next day! Shameful!

"Thank you for your feedback. We take report delivery timelines very seriously, as we know how important they are during the home buying process. Our records indicate that your inspection report was completed and delivered via email the same day as the inspection. We also did not receive any follow-up calls or messages requesting the report after it was sent. We would never delay a report for weeks, nor promise a multi-day turnaround when our standard is next-day or sooner. It's possible there may have been a miscommunication or issue with the email delivery. We are always happy to resend reports or assist in any way - please feel free to contact us directly so we can make sure you have everything you need."
