They did a fantastic job deep cleaning my heavily soiled carpet in my snohomish house. It looks good as new. My carpet also had a bad pee odor from my toddlers that I could not get out with the shampoo machine. Olsen got the odor completely removed from my carpet. I’m actually really impressed. I Highly recommend Olsen if you’re looking for a hard working carpet cleaner that goes the extra mile!

Mark came the day after I called which was especially helpful because I was showing this house to potential renters. The previous carpet cleaning by another company was a miserable failure with large dark areas on a white carpet as well as an overall dirty look. Mark had a lot of knowledge and was able to make the carpet look good. I was really pleased and impressed. This company knows what it is doing.

Omgosh, I can't tell you how amazing they are! I'm having them come back every 6 months. I love the orange scent and I hate to admit, I haven't had my carpets cleaned in years and now they look brand new. They are very friendly and respond so quick. Also the prices are so fair!

I was very happy with the results of my clean carpet. I could tell a dog had been in my room. I could not stand the smell. When he had finished he showed how much dog hair they were able to get up. It filled over half of his tube. I plan on having them come back in the summer, and clean it again. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a clean carpet smell.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
They were very professional and did a fantastic job restoring a kitchen slate floor. The floor had many years of grime build up and looked a uniform very dark grey color. The kept at it for several hours until the floor looked new. The transformation was amazing as can be seen by the attached pictures of the floor after they cleaned and sealed it. It was very clear they cared a lot about the quality of their work. I will use them again.
