I cannot say enough good things about Modern AV Innovations. Victor reached out to me after I posted a note about my Sonos problem on one of the Sonos Facebook groups and they had a tech out there to help me that same afternoon! Almost all my issues were addressed immediately and Victor took the time to follow up not once, but twice to confirm everything was still functioning as it should, and addressed the minor remaining tweaks needed at that time.
Their attention to detail, punctuality, are care for their customers is second to none!
