I explained to Kerry prior to his arrival that we just purchased the home and had little info on the condition of the dishwasher other than it does not power on. Jerry arrived and within about 2 minutes discovered there was a wall switch that controlled the power to the dishwasher and it was turned off. One flick of the switch and everything worked so of course we felt stupid for not discovering the switch. It was a funny tale until Jerry proceeded to charge us $100 for the 2min worth of work. I explained to him I understood his trip charge but this literally took 2min of work. Since, we just moved in and will probably need future services I asked for his understanding and good business practice to not charge the full fee for such very limited service. He proceeded to tell me that we have a very nice house so we should have no problem affording it so his fee for that 2min of work is nonnegotiable at $100. I thought that was a very unprofessional statement as well as inconsiderate customer service. After that statement, we decided to just pay him and let him be on his way. Needless to say, we will NEVER be using his services again.

I just felt that with the Covid virus he should have been a little more considerate of people and had a mask on which he did not thank you all for being here

Timing was a little off - came to the job without necessary part and had to go get one so it took longer than needed. He's very nice and did a great job. My dryer is now nice and quiet

He came within hours of calling, and came in the evening, which worked with my schedule. He also cleaned up afterwards.

Jerry was able to come the day that I contacted him. He had the dryer parts that he needed with him and got it fixed in short order. I would recommend him to friends.

Jerry called me before I was even done typing up my message. He was very professional, explained his pricing over the phone and was able to come the next day, which was a Saturday. Also did not charge extra for the weekend. My refrigerator was leaking water inside and collecting on the shelves and bottom. He found A hole in the water line very quickly and was able to fix it right away without having to buy an entire new hose. Highly recommend him.
