Gutter Covers and Accessories Installation and Replacement
I have owned homes in three different states, and this is unquestionably the worst, most dishonest company I have ever encountered. It began with high-pressure, questionable sales tactics. There was no communication throughout the company. The workers, unable to speak english, would arrive completely unannounced, block the neighbor's driveway, have no understanding of the job. They left trash everywhere and knocked multiple shingles off our roof. They were supposed to repair and coat our gutters. However, rather than fixing the leaks, they just haphazardly poured a coating through the gutters, causing thick coating to pool up all in and around the downspouts, rendering our gutter far worse than they were before. I have called or text with the manager (Ray, Bryan, Hunter, Dale) every month saying that they would fix it but would never come. Please don't be taken advantage of like I was. Please, please trust me.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Don't hire Home Genius to do your roof and siding. First, the employees don't speak English, play loud music, and even show up wearing pajamas. The professionalism was the least of their issues. They damaged many things on my property and then claimed it was not their fault. This included tearing 7 of the 9 screens, ripping the hot tub cover, breaking the garage window, getting a nail in our tire, and breaking an outside light. Just to name a few. I even had to buy a magnet roller to clean our yard and driveway. Despite all this, the roof is not complete, and the siding is crooked. They said they got the siding ''straight as they could'' after readjusting multiple times. They also did not hammer in all the nails on the roof. The cherry on top was the bill, which was much higher than the agreed-upon price. I wish I could go back in time and save myself the heartache.

Needing a new roof was very unexpected for us. We did a quick google search, came across Home Genius, and made an appointment. Ron, our salesman was very knowledgeable and was transparent with the state our roof was in. He helped us get approved for financing (which was our only option), and sent our info to Lauren who was able to schedule our project the next day! Billy was our project manager. He stayed on site, took photos of the progress, and kept us informed every step of the way. Coming across more damage than what we were expecting, Billy took the time and patience to help us come to a structurally and financially sound decision. Overall, everyone we were in contact with at Home Genius was excellent, as well as the crew who did the work on the roof and the cleanup afterward. We have dogs, so we needed the yard completely free of any debris and they took extra care in the cleanup process. It was an extremely quick and smooth process and we now have many years of peace of mind.

Roof looks great, I was explained in detail by a manger my bill. There was some damage to a vehicle but they agreed to take care of it no hassle. I appreciate the hard work, done in just over a day. The guys they sent were very quick and efficient. Overall good experience. Would Recommend and use again.

Project Manager Luke M commincated throughout the project of replacing my roof. He was present during the installation, provided me with progress reports and answered any questions I had during the project. Mr. M also showed me ariel pictures of the completed project and made sure my property was left in tip top condition. This company is very efficient and reliable. I plan to use them for all future projects. Great job to Mr. M and the entire crew!!

Do not hire this company. From day one itâ s been nothing been issues. 6 months into a 2 week project and we have black mold in our bedroom and nothing is fixed. Not going to get lengthy on the reviews. Save yourself the trouble of having to do all the follow up and the headaches, and go with someone else.
