i have purchased a maintenance program, and they follow-up about every couple of months to review the computer and be sure all is good.
Very professional and perfect for an elder who has not kept up with all the computer changes and advancements.
In addition to the maintenance program, they are "on call" for me to contact them ANYTIME that I need computer or phone assistance.
I love having the peace of mind with all the scams via internet these days.

My computer malfunctioned at a crucial time so I contacted Geek, and Jack had unbelievable patience with me because I was near hysteria and inpatient. Jack worked quickly and thoroughly to resolve my problem and continuously kept me apprised of his progress. And upon completion of the repair, Jack walked me through short cuts and provided technical advice on optimizing my computer's function. If I could give Jack ten stars, I would in a heartbeat.
