We had Ducks Solutions come to our home for a carpet cleaning on 5/28/26. Communication was very quick and responsive. They provided a competitive estimate upfront. We unfortunately had to change some plans last minute but Ducks Solution was very accommodating and helped switch the appointment time to meet our needs. They arrived right on time and finished the service as promise. The team was professional and did great work at removing some dark stains on the carpet. We are really happy with their work and service. Highly recommend!

I had Ducks Solutions do both carpet cleaning and window cleaning at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Plinks was the technician that came. Their professionalism from start to finish was outstanding. They arrived on time, were courteous and respectful of my home, and paid great attention to detail.

The service was supposed to take 2-3 hours but it took 5 hours because the cleaner's equipment kept of malfunctioning, so he had to go exchange the equipment twice. Lots of dirt residue still remains on the playground structure and the top of the structure was not cleaned. Cleaner's attitude and work ethic was good, but execution was not as nice as we desired.
