Dmitri responded to my text requesting service within five minutes.He said that he would come to my house the next day, between 12:00 and 2:00 PM. He arrived at 11:45 AM. He diagnosed my non functioning oven and broiler to be a faulty igniter. He had a replacement in his vehicle. Since he had repaired the oven so quickly, I asked Dmitri to repair the water dispenser in my fridge. He is very knowledgeable and his pricing is very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

It was a pleasure to find an appliance repairman online that was everything you would hope for... honest, reliable, punctual, and competent. Dimitri showed up at our house as scheduled to replace our Samsung oven igniter and was in and out of the house in a half-hour or less. A really pleasant guy and someone who I will definitely call upon in the future for any appliance repair. He gets my recommendation hands down!! Excellent communication.
