First time having to do an internet search for a roof repair company. Mine retired. Hit the jackpot with City Roofing. Raul found the leak quickly. Very reasonable estimate . Team was out two days later. Bada Bing, Bada Bang, Bada Done! Now I have a new roofer.

Our experience with City Roofing was excellent from start to finish. Very professional staff and hard working roof crew. They worked with us from the selection of our roof, water resistant material, inspection process and final miami-dade approval. They answered promptly any questions we had. Excellent quality of work and we are very happy with our roof.

If you are considering hiring a roofer for repair or installation of a new roof, City Roofing is the company you want. My wife and I interviewed 5 different roofing companies and by a wide margin, City Roofing earned our business. They are on time for appointments, and knowledgeable about the options you have. No pressure sales tactics, just simply what you need and breakdown of the costs. Once we agreed upon a price, the company scheduled the repairs to commence 4 days later and the office called to confirm the appointment. The two employees that came to perform the repairs, were again, on time, very courteous and also very knowledgeable. They explained the process, as our repairs were a two day job. At the conclusion of the first day's work, the employee provided me with before and after photos of the area they were fixing. The ensuing day they showed up on time and were able to complete the job expeditiously. City Roofing is professional, reasonable and accommodating. Hire them!

City Roofing is a great company to do business with. Starting with the quoting process by George, City Roofing was the only one to provide a detailed written estimate proposal style and emailed for review. Everything was spelled out in detail and in a professional manner. They were true professionals from start to finish, keeping me appraise of updates at all times. Trust Candy & Mario and their great staff & workers; you won't be disappointed.

I had a leak that roar hung up was no longer an option. The water date en damaged the ceiling. Raul came and inspected and told me step by step what was to be done. They took pictures and spoke me to me daily on the progress. They did a wonderful job snd I recommend them to everyone. They are fantastic!! If I could give a higher score I would .

We are rather disappointed with our experience with City Roofing thus far after signing a contract with them about two months ago. We had been assured by the salesman that we would be hearing back from the owner within days. The sales person walked us through the process and we initially felt we were going with a reputable company. After paying a substantial deposit, we have heard nothing for the past several months without prompting from my husbandâ  s end. The permit has been approved, and weâ  re here we have been waiting to hear from the company about the work that is supposed to be started. They have only returned calls when my husband has contacted them. Today after a very strongly worded email he sent to the company. We did receive a text from them claiming that they have been calling us repeatedly. After much discussion it turns out they were using a telephone number not assigned to my husband for over three years. It is difficult to understand how a company like this could make such a mistake because all the correct information was on the contract and all the forms that we completed with a sales person. Needless to say, we are going into this roof replacement with a lot of trepidation. We had initially felt very confident when we signed the contract, but at this point, we feel anxious and leery. It is a lot of money, and we are both retired. The company has not done much to alleviate our anxiety. They are having the incorrect information on file makes us question
