We had a great experience with David! He was extremely thorough and took the time to carefully go through every detail of the home, which gave us a lot of confidence in our purchase. On top of that, he had our full report back to us within just a couple of hours—super impressive turnaround time. He was also very kind, professional, and easy to work with. David was very thorough. He went through the highlights at the end of the inspection. He first asked any of our concerns and made sure to document. We received the report a couple of hours after he was completed and included photos of issues. I would highly recommend using him for an inspection.
