The handyman, Paul, was punctual, professional and did quality work. He replaced the small section of my wood soffit that had water damage with new wood, painted it and caulked. He cleaned up the area when he was done. Paul also re-secured several of my window shutters that had loose screws. He spray painted the screw caps to match the color of my shutters.

everything went well, it was an easy job, and they came when the were suppose to.

Tomas came out and did the required work and did a nice job. Considering that these were old closet doors and hardware, the "patchwork" job was just what we wanted without having to do a major overhaul of buying and installing completely new doors.

Got back to me very fast and the job was done the next morning. Pricing was more than fair too. Quite happy with how it turned out.

Pipe broke and the whole kitchen had to be torn down to the studs and completely rebuilt. Installed new sound deading insulation new cabinets counter tops sink and faucet Plus installed new floor and snd trim They did a beautiful job and I will hire them again . They also cleaned up great

Completed job next day after my request. They hung curtain rods, assembled a bed, removed a built in cabinet and repaired drywall, hung art, installed smart lock and miscellaneous tasks. Fast and friendly, I would hire again.

I spoke with Daniel on 1st day, we conversed back and forth. Right away he stated they could fix the door to close properly. Sent pics, he gave quote and stuck by that amount. Later we wanted door plate done as well. Extra amount was fair. The worker was most efficient and no nonsense, didn't stop until he was done. Very happy. Will choose again for other projects for sure.

Worst contractors I?ve ever dealt with. This wasn?t an urgent job ? no active leak ? but they ripped open my EXTERIOR WALLS anyway, then admitted AFTERWARD they had NEVER DONE STUCCO and couldn?t return for a week. They never told me that upfront, even though the project they bid on was STUCCO REPLACEMENT. Communication was awful: I called/texted 30+ times for any response, promised estimates ?in 2 minutes? that never came. They were rude, constantly swearing, and kept trying to change the scope ? one of them was even drinking on the job. When the stucco was cut open we found rot ? they replaced the wood but admitted they had no materials, no idea where to buy stucco, and no experience. He even tried covering the exposed plywood with flimsy plastic; when I asked for Tyvek he swore at me, so I bought it myself. They damaged my living room, dumped debris in my neighbor?s recycle bin, and urinated on their garage. Reckless, dishonest, and completely unqualified.

Daniel was very professional and he has a genuine and sincere character. When Daniel has a busy schedule, he sent one of his workers/ associates. I was pleased with his work. I was impressed when Daniel took the time to stop by to make sure I was pleased with the work. Not only did he check the work, he also assisted.
