Complete Home Inspection
Phil did an outstanding job with the home inspection. He’s very efficient and will talk with you during inspection. He responded quickly and was friendly. We also had the sewer scoped which was very affordable. We are happy to know there aren’t any tree roots or anything in the pipes. We would definitely recommend Phil. Give him a call!

Complete Home Inspection
Phillip Nistal arrived at the appointed time and got to work. It was a very hot and humid day, but it didn’t deter him from his work. He got on the roof and in the crawl space and attic. His pictures taken of areas that needed improvement were sharp and clearly showed what was wrong. Afterwards and during he pointed out to me areas of concern as we walked around the house. He provided recommendations for contractors and submitted his written report that afternoon. I would hire him again and recommend him to others

Complete Home Inspection
Philip arrived to the house early and really took his time going over every inch of the house. If I had questions about issues I found he addressed them. He answered all of our questions and concerns about the house. He was extremely nice and great to work with. He was wonderful about going over the report with us before he left just in case we had any questions or concerns. We received the report later that night. I was very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him if you need an inspector. Thanks again Philip!

Phillip with 8 point Home Inspection provided a great service. In my opinion, Phillip was prompt, thorough, and over communicated where needed_ at times of concern. His findings were understandable as to a non-technical person could follow. Overall, my experience was wonderful. Phil was extremely professional and kind while inspecting our home. There is carpet throughout the house and he used shoe covers every time he came inside. He made the process easy and walked us through everything he found. He was very knowledgeable with everything he presented and was able to offer additional information with getting things fixed.
