We had a terrible EXPERIENCE with this company. They took advantage of my elderly unwell father who is very sick with end stage kidney disease and unable to walk. They stood around talking most of the time, and didn't listen to any of the instructions my dad was trying to tell them. They were instructed to focus all their attention in the master bedroom and master bathroom for cleaning, and when they left, none of the bedroom furniture or end tables were dusted, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, and it looked like no maid service was even there. I would post pictures if I could to show you all the dust and dirt that was all over all the furniture when they left. I was in shock. I called the owner and the scheduler to let them know of our dissatisfaction, and they did nothing to remedy or fix the issue. Any other cleaning company I?ve worked with has put the customer first and would come out to fix the problem or offer a discount for a dissatisfied customer. This company did nothing when confronted other than have excuses for why things weren't cleaned well or curse at my father. If there was a problem during cleaning they should have contacted me since I was the one that set the appointment. Dad didn't want to pay until this company took some initiative to remedy the issue and fix the problem. Instead of trying to fix the problem, I got a threat via text message from them that they would take me to small claims court and I need no more stress in my life with a very sick handicapped father. $200 for 3.5 hours of time was not worth it to add the extra stress into my life with such low class customer service. I?m very disappointed and disgusted. The only excuse they had for me when confronted was that ?the maids didn?t have time to get to everything?. Well they had 3.5 hours to do only his bedroom and bathroom and I can't figure out why there wasn't enough time to get the basic cleaning needs met such as dusting and vacuuming. I only saw that they cleaned the sheets, the toilet area, and they threw around a little water on the shower floor but that doesn't take all of 3.5 hours to do. Dad?s toilet area needed more attention due to his handicapped immobility but a dirty toilet doesn't take 3.5 hours to clean. This was the worst customer service I've ever encountered and they didn't look out for the customer's best interest or our satisfaction in any way possible. The scheduler (his name is Ingo) even cursed to my elderly father and said ?f**k you? when dad called to tell him how unhappy he was with the service. I have never written a negative review in my life but had to let you all know of my terrible experience just so the public is aware.

Five Star did not satisfy there promise. I paid to have the inside and windows done. They missed some areas inside, but the windows were left pretty badly. They knew it was a post renovation so they should have come prepared. The windows were left dirty. I was told they didn t have the right product to clean the windows. That was a main reason I hired Five Star. I called, but they never returned my call

Outstanding job! Very detailed and well worth the cost! I hired 5 star to do a one time cleaning of my home. The office called a day ahead to confirm the appointment, answer my questions, and give me a quote. The two person team arrived on-time and began working with little instruction needed. They brought their own supplies and equipment. They were attentive, courteous, and professional.

Nothing I have only had this service one time. She did a wonderful job.

Pleasure to deal with, trustworthy, fair prices and very hard workers. Showed up at 8am, stayed till 6. Did full post renovation cleaning and windows in and out.
