We needed a new roof and connected with 240 Construction LLC through Home Advisor. Tommy got in touch with me right away and listened to my story, figured out what was needed, and got together a detailed estimate. That was Friday night. On Monday morning the crew was at the house, tearing off the old roof. By the end of the day the new underlayment was down and the house was ready for new shingles. While the old roof was coming off, Tommy was sourcing all required materials to finish the job and making sure that they would be on site the next day. On Tuesday the crew showed up early in the day, hauled off the old roofing stuff and got busy expertly putting the new roof on. By the end of the day the job was finished and it was 100% perfect. In the course of this project Tommy's experience was apparent in every way. Due to his management and the crew's skill this job could not have gone any better.
