We noticed some water around the base of our toilet and the plumber who fixed the problem recommended 1800WaterDamage. They contacted me within an hour of getting the referral from my plumber and came out later the same day. The technician, Tristan, was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite and explained what they were doing so I had an idea of what was happening. The assessment took less than 30 minutes and I had the quote within a few hours. Unfortunately, we selected a different vendor to complete the work because my insurance company "strongly encouraged" it, but I would still recommend 1-800 Water Damage.

David and Louis are phenomenal. They managed my urgency and their work ethics with professionalism and courtesy. I couldn't have asked for better workers in an otherwise VERY stressful situation. Used them to help after a rental had a leak. I told them I did not want to use insurance, was told that was fine. Day of they said they could not start work until I had a claim, I was out of town and finally caved to make a claim (which was denied, so now I get to carry that on my record for 5 years). Then I was told $1000 would probably cover it several times throughout the process, but bill came out to 65% higher They also never kept me in the loop about any of the work being done, including when the tenant rescheduled without telling me. I had asked to be informed when they were on the way so I could meet them at the property (with the exception of when I was out of town). Not once did that happen, every time I was not called until after they left.
