123 Appliance was quick and very responsive. They came, diagnosed the issue and repaired my refrigerator within 30 minutes.

we have used this company for many years in the past, for refrigerator repair, dryer repair, washer repair and have been very happy. Good work at reasonable prices. So when our dishwasher stopped working mid-cycle we called them. This is the first time we have felt "ripped off." It costs $255 for a 10-minute job to replace a $10 fuse (for which they charges $65.50. Very disappointed.

I had issues with my dryer and Mr James fixed it and at a reasonable cost. I also had an issue with my oven and he advised me on the best way to go forward with that as well. 123 always either answers my call right away or calls me right back. My dad has also used 123 and had a good experience. Fast service, reasonable price and great customer experience.

Mr. James explained all my options and payment options. He was very nice and professional. He adjusted his window to our schedule and kept us informed of when he would arrive. When he tested my disposal he found another issue that he quickly fixed. I would definitely hire him again in the future.

James is a godsend. He has been keeping our stoves and refrigerators working for over a decade now. He responds quickly, gives fair and accurate estimates and tells you up front if your problem or appliance is one he cannot address. My repair last week was completed within 2 hrs. of calling for help.

They got me scheduled quickly and let me know before they headed to my house. Job was done correctly although I thought it was overpriced for the effort required. All the technician did was remove the door panel for the ice maker and thaw some ice buildup by squirting hot water on it, and it was just under $200. Note that they charge a $65 "trip charge" that does NOT go toward any repair. Also, technician did the repair without furst asking me if I wanted him to proceed once the problem was identified.

It was a two-day process. Day one they came and diagnosed the issue and gave us instructions what we had to do. Day two they came and repaired. We had to leave the repairman in the house due to our work requirements. We were able to pay over the phone after the repair was completed, and gave the repairman instructions on how to lock the house.

Our tech was great. Friendly and efficient.

It was more expensive than preferred

James was wonderful. My stove was really not broken as I thought but set for Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. James figured it out and we had a good laugh.

123 Repair is great. No mater when I leave a message I get a return call the same day. I don't have to wait weeks or even too many days for an appointment. 123 is there 123. My techs were Mr James and Jermaine. Both of these men knowledgeable and friendly and the deserve their own 5 stars.

When our 30 month young refrigerator/freezer suddenly stopped working just before New Years day we went into a bit of a panic. We called 123 Appliance and Jimmy S was at our home the next day. Within 20 minutes he determined the main refrigerant system/compressor had died, and that a repair would cost $1200-1500; he advised us to have it repaired by the manufacturer since it was still under warranty. We had already logged a service call with the OEM but their earliest available appointment was 4 days. When the OEM tech finally did arrive he confirmed that Jimmy's assessment was spot on. It took almost 3 weeks total but we finally did get the unit repaired by the OEM, which was very difficult to work with. 123 Appliance is EXTREMELY easy to work with. The best way to contact them is to schedule a service call on their web site, and they will call you back in short order. Their base trip charge of $69 + tax is a bargain. (The OEM's trip charge is $110). I would not hesitate to call 123 Appliance in the future.

The company was responsive to our request for dishwasher repair. Though we decided to purchase a new one since we were approaching Christmas, the representative was responsive to our needs and did all he could to repair what was a no longer useable dishwasher.

Fridge wasn’t making ice and water worked sporadically. Called and spoke with James. He set up the appointment immediately but never told me their minimum charges. The tech came and didn’t inform me of the charges. He was here for maybe 15 minutes. Removed a piece of ice that was jammed and charged $200. I called to discuss with owner. He was argumentative and hung up on me. He sent me a text and said “I hope you go to Heaven”. ?? I’ll be disputing the charges.

They were right on time, worked fast and cleaned up

They came the next day even after normal business hours. Was very grateful to get our appliance fixed so quickly before the holiday. He was courteous and prompt and knew exactly what he was doing. Great service

James responded promptly to our inquiry, and was out the next day fixing the problem. He quickly identified the issue, and made the needed repair to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommend, and would definitely use again!
