Eli was very friendly, very professional. Listened to the problem I was having and immediately knew what it was. He had the parts in his vehicle, only took him an hour to fix and I was up and running again. He also cleaned his area, which I have not seen many do. Definitely will be using him in the future for any repairs.

Our ice maker decided it’s done making ice and turned into a mini waterfall. The freezer turned into an ice cave — everything was soaked and frozen solid. We called 113 Friends, and Elijah showed up like a fridge-saving ninja. He defrosted the whole thing, swapped the broken part, and restored order in the kingdom of frozen goods. Now the ice maker makes ice, not chaos. Freezer’s dry, we’re happy. Solid guy, clean work. We’ll be calling again, no doubt.

Our Samsung fridge?s ice maker kept breaking for almost a year. We finally called 113 Friends ? the tech came the same day, diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, and cleaned the inside and outside of the fridge. He even did full maintenance behind the unit. Now it works like new, looks like new ? inside and out. No upselling, no delays. Just solid work. We?ll be calling them again.
