I wanted to say that Phil was very understanding with my concerns. I explained to him my issues with my refrigerator. I explained that the previous technician from another company didn't answer my questions. I had to lower the temperature to 34. To keep the refrigerator cold
The top part of my refrigerator was warm at the temperature of 37. He proceeded to check the back of the refrigerator and notice a Freon leak . He also noticed that my ice maker ice was sticking together. So he recommended possibly to replace the refrigerator with its history of issues. I appreciate Phil explaining me my details.

Eli was very friendly, very professional. Listened to the problem I was having and immediately knew what it was. He had the parts in his vehicle, only took him an hour to fix and I was up and running again. He also cleaned his area, which I have not seen many do. Definitely will be using him in the future for any repairs.
