They had no problem with us doing that, did the installation and took special care of the tiles as they are Premium Green ONYX, which has a tendency to break easily until installed. Additionally, they always responded to my questions quickly, regardless of the day, time, or question. I call that "ABOVE AND BEYOND". IRONICALLY, THERE WERE 4 COMPANIES THAT WE CONTACTED REGARDING OUR JOB. I ma STILL waiting to hear from 2 of them, AND THE OTHER took too long to respond.
