"I hired this company to do a high-end renovation of my bathrooms. They assured me the renovations would look good and would be top of the line. This is not the case. They used cheap products, the workmanship is terrible, and they left my home is in a worse condition than before they started. They charged me for things they didn't do and lied to the bank telling them things were complete and withdrew the money, which is a lie. Only now are they telling me "we don't do cabinets, tile, or paint." What type of bathroom remodeler doesn't' do these things? They now have $110,000 of my money with an incomplete and shoddy job. I now have to hire a lawyer to sue them to make things right. They left a hole in my floor that goes through to the dirt below, incomplete electrical work, a shower that is of the wrong material, another shower that is not complete, laminate that is already peeling off 1 week after application. Every single aspect of the remodel is worse than before they started"
