"I am unable to rate their quality of work, as we did not have anything done. My husband had called the company to get a quote to come out and rekey a vehicle. He did not set up an appointment. The gentleman showed up and insisted that he was here for a scheduled appointment. I called my husband and had him on the phone explaining to the man that he never scheduled for him to come out, he was only getting prices and that company had a higher price so he decided not to call them back and schedule. The man insisted and began to get threatening with me. I had to close the door on him as he was screaming at me. I told him he needed to leave or I was calling police. Beware, this man was not pleasant to deal with and the company gets your address even if you are just asking for a price (so they can quote according to how far away you are). He was nasty."

"Key Hole Services were absolutly excellent. I had previously used Rick for a lock change. I needed another job done and I called one company and they were not responsive. I called Rick and he was extremly helpfu. He gave me guidence on the best lock system to purchase. When he came out to the job it was more complicated then just changing out the lock. He corrected the work that had previously been done incorrectly. He also address additon problems we had with anther lock. He was professional, patient and kind. I can not say enough about the service we received. Thank you again Rick, we really apprectiate you!"

"Ron Cruz was the technician that came out. I was quoted a much higher price at frist over the phone and wasn't going to use them at 1st. But then they called me back and told me they would charge 1/2. Ron was very professional and friendly. He was also efficient and sympathetic to my situation. I would recommend that you request the tech if given the choice. He even charged my $10 less than the 2nd quote of $60.00 so I wouldn't have to borrow it from my neighbor. I wish many blessings to this remarkable person."

"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
