"It rained an hour after we stained our deck, creating a real mess. Pat showed up the day I called him to evaluate the problem, and explained there were two issues in addition to the rain -- we applied the stain before the deck had thoroughly dried out, producing tannin leach (dark areas), and we had applied way too much stain. He tarped the deck and walls below the problem deck and used a stripper, then power-washed it, then acid-washed it, then did a fine sanding, and applied the right amount of stain. Now, we have great, even color and the mess is history. Pat was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and stuck to his bid -- a real pro."

"I should have spent more time analysing the cabinet design and floor plan specs. There were some errors that I didn't catch until the cabinets were in. But Dwyer was awesome at correcting the problem to my satisfaction. It turned out beautiful. I liked the fact that I was able to go pick out my countertop and flooring from a lot of samples instead of 3 or 4. Also, they kept working until I got the cabinet color I wanted."
