We can do almost anything and we do it right. From framing to finish carpentry. Cabinetry. Base case crown and chair rail. Drywall and paint. Light electrical and plumbing. Everything in between. Call -or- click to schedule a free estimate today!

"I had Mark the owner of AZTRADEPROS come and install a custom bar top for me. I needed something simple yet stylish. He spent about 35 hours on it and I paid him for those 35 hours. He helped me get materials and save the most money by coming with me and helping me purchase it. We ended up with pretty much zero scrap. Everything we bought was used. We made use of his truck a lot which was great. Lots of wood working. It came out exactly as I had hoped and his presence was very enjoyable throughout the process. Very courteous, communication was great, cleaned up after himself, checked in with my often to ensure things were moving in the direction I had preferred, so each hour of his time was put to the best use. I will be hiring him for small other small jobs and keep him in my contacts as a great all around handymen. He has lots of stories of his prior work and he takes passion in whatever he does. Anything that you need a handyman for he could do it no problem. I reccomend, happy customer."

I specialize in all cabinetry, refacing, installation, respray, and resurfacing. I also do anything from ceiling fan installation to tv mounting. I've been in business for over 3 years, I am a man of my word and treat your home like it is mine.

"Unfortunately our experience with Ray was not a pleasant one and this review is being posted to make sure people are aware of the type of work he provides.  We hired Ray on February 03, 2025 after walking him through our home and showing him the work we wanted done prior to us moving in. The requested items were to:  1. Paint the inside of the house which he quoted us at $1000 2. Replace baseboards throughout the house for $500 3. Remove double doors in the master bedroom that led to another bedroom and close up that space for $10004. Install kitchen cabinets for $3000 5. Do some work on the patio such as paint and trim for $500.   The total came in at $6000, this price was for labor only. We agreed we would provide all the materials he needed to complete the work. He asked for a deposit of 50% but we ended up giving a deposit of $2500 in good faith to begin the work. Two weeks into the contract, we noticed that the work was not getting done as quickly as Ray had promised he would have it completed. We had given Ray a key to come in as needed since we weren't living in the home yet. However, we found that he sometimes wouldn't show up to the house and we would have to reach out for an update. He had gotten sick but he said he would work over the weekend and at night if need be in order to have the work completed by the time we needed to move in. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and continued to work with him. The following week we again saw very little progress, when we asked for an update Ray was reluctant to provide one. We informed him that we would need some communication in order to reassure ourselves that the work will get done. 3 weeks into the contract and the only work that had been completed was a closed off wall, some paint in the 3 of the bedrooms and the 4th bedroom was mostly untouched.  In order to speed things up before our move in, we hired another contractor to start on the kitchen (line item #3). We informed Ray this was happening and listed out what we needed him to complete before we moved in. He agreed but once again the amount of hours he put into his work were minimal, he would show up for 1-3 hours a day. He also started to take some of his tools home, saying he didn't need them to complete the work he was doing on the home.  Over the weekend of March 1st, we ended up moving in with some of the bedrooms uncompleted. We spent the weekend painting part of the house we would be occupying so we could move our things in without getting paint on them.  Ray showed up to work and started to paint another part of the house but the following day (a Friday) he didn't show up. We texted him if he was going to come to the house and he responded with a question, asking if it was raining outside, implying it was too humid to paint.  Even though there was still plenty of work to do such as the baseboards and small other items he agreed to do to make up for the fact that we painted 1/3 of the house. This brings us to the week of March 10th, 5 weeks later from the date we hired him and he still hadn't completed line items 1 & 2. He showed up to work the following week, completed 2 baseboards and left after just two hours of work, leaving work uncompleted and took the remainder of his tools without saying a word.  We messaged Ray 2 more times, to try to reach an amicable agreement on the work that was left undone. We asked for a partial refund but the only response we received was that he did other work not listed on the invoice. We asked for him to elaborate on this work and he did not respond. We also still haven't received our house key.             "

I specialize in doing concrete, but I do a little bit everything. I paint, I can install cabinets, vanities, ceiling fans, patio doors, security doors, screens for windows, hang blinds, and home repairs such as fixing wholes in walls, light plumbing like fixing toilets, sink faucets. I am not an electrician but I am knowledgeable on some electrical work. There is a travel charge for anything over 25 miles.

"Jerry called immediately and scheduled a time/day to come review. He was professional, on time, great job, and good price. Thank you!"

Handyman services FAQs

Handypeople can tackle various home repair and maintenance tasks to keep your home looking and functioning at its best. From adjusting sprinklers and installing air conditioners to repairing roof leaks and refinishing cabinets, they've got you covered. Do you need the awning installed or the stair railings secured? How about fixing doors, repainting rooms, or even hanging holiday lights? A handyperson can handle all these jobs, saving you the hassle of hiring multiple specialists.

A handyperson doesn't perform repairs that require specialized certifications or detailed technical expertise. Critical projects, such as major plumbing installations, electrical rewiring, extensive structural modifications, or tasks that require permits, must be entrusted to licensed contractors. Expanding a stairway, installing a new roof, building a raised deck, or adding a fireplace involves the expertise of professional teams to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.

To save money when hiring a handyperson, a little planning goes a long way. Try to bundle several small tasks together so they can handle everything in one visit. Clear the work area of any obstacles before they arrive—this helps them get started immediately. Don't forget to ask about any discounts for multiple projects or services. These simple steps can make the job more efficient and help reduce the overall cost.

Whether to pay a handyperson a flat rate or an hourly fee depends on your project. For smaller or straightforward tasks, paying by the hour might be more cost-effective. For example, a three-hour job at $75 per hour totals $225, which may be less than a flat rate of $300. For larger projects, a flat rate could save you money. It's best to discuss both options with your handyperson to determine what works best for your situation.

A handyperson doesn't require a tip, as their fees already cover the cost of their expertise and service. If you experience consistently outstanding service and build a durable professional relationship, offering an annual bonus as a gesture of appreciation is acceptable. This bonus is optional and is intended solely to reward exceptional performance throughout the year.

A contractor specializes in complex repair projects and employs a team of licensed professionals, while a handyperson works independently on a wide range of smaller projects. Contractors handle tasks that require permits and specialized skills, whereas handypeople address basic repairs and maintenance that don't demand certification. This clear distinction helps homeowners choose the right professional for each job.
