"I needed my chimney serviced after a previous company repaired it wrong, which left my chimney flawed(luckily it was coming into summer). When i first met Anthony about 8 yrs ago, he introduced himself and said he the head tech for the company i called to have my chimney repair. I got to be honest, i was a bit skeptical about allowing him and his crew to work on my chimney, due to how they all look soo young, but as they were working, him and his crew always kept me informed of what they felt I needed to know, which I found very helpful and which put me at ease. I was amazed at how they was soo professional, very respectful, and I felt they have been honest with me though out the whole process. I was soo please with their professionalism, I ONLY requested Anthony for any of my chimney issues and recommended him to my friends and family. Former Peco Utility gas service man, with 40 years experience in the gas industry. Fast and reliable service, with basic maintenance required yearly on all units in use. Our company won the 2013 HomeAdvisor Award for being one of the best and highly rated pros in the HomeAdvisor network! Currently we do not give free estimates for gas fireplace service work at this time,please call for a phone quote if necessary.
"We have a 25+ year unit. Our pilot light went out approx. 20 years ago. The unit had rusted and was a mess. To replace the unit it would cost over $10,000, which was completely out of the question!!! Found Joe online, walked us through cleaning and painting the unit (also called my fears of painting it on SEVERAL occasions). Came out told me exactly what pieces I needed to order and once recieved returned to install. Joe was very personable, respectful, and prompt. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE ANY DOUBTS ABOUT USING JOE TO FIX YOUR UNIT INSTEAD OF PAYING $10000 for a new!! From start to finish pleased with our repair!!!"
