"We hired Gilbert Perez to complete a bathroom project for us. He started out coming on time then he started coming later and later. Gilbert did NOT complete our project. Our bathroom sink cannot be utilized because he has ignored all of my text messages and calls to come back and finish our sink. He said he would be here today Saturday at 8am and he is not here. Ive called, texted, left messages and he has been non responsive. After he received his check he told me I needed a longer piece for the sink. I sent him photos of the issue and he assured me he would be here. I would NOT HIRE this guy or recommend him ever. His number is 2023527629 if you see this number dont answer it. Im pissed off now we have to hire someone else to fix our sink."

"He did his best with my 30+ year-old washing machine. He moved it from the wall and tilted it in order to test out from the bottom of the machine whether or not it was a simple fix, but it was not to be. The engine was no longer functioning. After examining the machine for 45 minutes, he charged $75. He advised keeping the dryer unless I could get a deal on both washer and dryer. He also made recommendations on which brands to consider purchasing. He was prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him."

"I thought the person was professional. I don?t think I was given a good evaluation, but I have no evidence to prove that it was not the case. I thought the diagnosis fee was more than fair. If I was aware of the age of my washer to begin with, I would?ve kept the diagnosis fee in my pocket and just purchased a new washer, which is what I had to do anyway I think if your appliance is just a few years old, they?re worth a try. They?re definitely worth a try . in that case I would recommend."
