Cleaned dryer duct as they determined it was the issue After cleaning duct did not even start the dryer to determine if cleaning duct did the fix. Just packed up and left. Stated I would get receipt by e mail. Initial cost estimate was over $450.00. I negotiated 350 for the duct cleaning that had very little lint that came out of duct work. "
